Once you subscribe, we will send you (or someone you nominate) text messages with any significant change to the scheduled departure/arrival time of the flight you have selected to track.

The service has been designed to provide you with the knowledge and confidence that you will always be one step ahead, as and when disruptions to your flights occur. As a subscriber, you can then better manage the inconvenience and unnecessary costs associated with late flight departures and arrivals.

    Amber - indicates a carrier where we can only provide an SMS alert service for a proportion of the flights operated by the carrier.


    Orange - indicates a carrier where the SMS Alert service is restricted to just codeshare flights operated by either a green or an amber carrier. The service can not be provided for any flights directly operated by these carriers.


    * Where a codeshare agreement is in operation, the service will only be available if the carrier operates the flight and not necessarily if the carrier is marketing its airline code on that flight.
